About
Treasure in Christ exists to help believers see and savor the surpassing worth of knowing Jesus.
Our Mission
We believe that Jesus Christ is the greatest treasure in the universe. Our mission is to write devotional reflections that open Scripture, illuminate the glory of Christ, and stir the hearts of believers toward deeper love, faith, and obedience.
Every piece we publish is rooted in the Bible and centered on the person and work of Jesus. We are not interested in moralism, self-help, or sentimental spirituality. We want to point people to Christ — again and again — because He is the only treasure that satisfies.
Our Vision
We envision a community of believers who are growing in their knowledge of Christ and their love for His Word. A community where the riches of the gospel are explored deeply, shared freely, and applied faithfully in everyday life.
Whether you have five minutes in the morning or an hour on a quiet afternoon, we want to provide reflections that meet you where you are and draw you closer to where God is leading you.
What We Believe
- The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God — sufficient for all matters of faith and life.
- God is one God in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — eternally existing, infinitely perfect, and worthy of all worship.
- Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, who lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for sinners, rose bodily from the grave, and will return in glory.
- The Gospel is the good news that God saves sinners by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, to the glory of God alone.
- The Christian Life is a life of growing in holiness, rooted in the Word, empowered by the Spirit, and lived in community with other believers.
The Heart Behind This Site
This site was born out of a simple conviction: the more we see of Christ, the more we treasure Him. And the more we treasure Him, the more our lives are transformed. We are not professional theologians or famous authors. We are ordinary believers who have been captivated by an extraordinary Savior.
Our prayer is that these reflections would serve as kindling for your affections — that as you read, the Holy Spirit would open your eyes to behold wondrous things in God's Word and that your heart would burn with fresh love for Jesus.
